Hi everyone. I just need your help about my dilemma. I sold a luxury item, a purse to be specific on facebook group. I used paypal invoice with all the item information and a note that returns are not accepted. Now, the buyer wants to return it saying the item was not as described. We had a conversation saved on my messenger where I even sent her a video of the item. I know she will file a claim for it. I did the sale in good faith and has done it several times before without a glitch. Do you think paypal will take her side and give her money back? Or am I protected since we both know that it has been agreed that returns are not accepted and she should have managed her expectations before buying? Item is preloved and not brand new. She knows it. And part of my invoice too. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks so much for your time.
