Paypal claim help

Hi everyone,
I made a purchase over 8 weeks ago. The turnaround time for this particular shop was 4 weeks. After the 4 week mark I messaged asking if my order had been shipped. I did not receive a response. I have messaged multiple times since then and still no response and no confirmation of shipping at all.
I then lodged a dispute and the seller did not respond to the dispute so I escalated it to a claim. It has been over 10 days since the claim was made and I suppose Paypal is still investigating. All I want is a refund because the seller has not handled this professionally.
Today, after 8 weeks of no contact/no info from seller, I received a shipping confirmation today. I do not want this order anymore, I want a refund. Is there still some way I can get this refund now that the order has been shipped without my consent and without responding to the claim?

Thanks for your response.
I placed the order 8 weeks ago and received no shipping information or response from seller after multiple attempts. I lodged the claim almost 10 days ago and there had not been a response on it until yesterday. Yesterday is when I received my shipping confirmation email and a tracking number but this was done so while the claim was open an without my knowledge after I had lodged the claim and requested a refund. I can see that the seller has seen all of my messages so I assume she saw the claim and messages and decided to post the product out yesterday as a resolution (albeit a lousy one).
I am also unable to track the order on the site provided as it is international and does not accept my post code. I am unable to contact the courier either due to this same reason.
Any advice?

Hi Bella,
Thanks for reponding. She has provided a tracking number as of yesterday in the resolution centre. LZ781708167US (with USPS). You can see from the tracking that the order has not even been shipped yet, it was just manifested yesterday. I have messaged the seller yesterday saying please recall this order and that I want a refund but again, no response. Is there any way I can get my refund seeing as it is now shipped?
