Paypal canceled my receive payment and closed case

Hi everyone, I had a P2P exchange transaction in Binance platform and supposed to receive money from Paypal. After the transaction finished, the payer canceled the payment. I tried to contact PayPal over 10 times and waited for almost 2 months. No one replied. Binance tried to help me to get money back but it doesn't work out. I am super disappointed by Paypal's service. What can I do now? Thanks.

binance and paypal.they all know what is happening.

and they are not really want to help this problem.

that is why so many people are having this stutid and so simple trick.
