I ordered from your business twice. One for a multifunctional bunk bed. (Never recieved but says been delivered) The second one you sent me a cheap knock off watch instead of the two electronic bicycles i ordered for my kids birthday. I waited 90 days on these ordera and never recieved any of them. Ive contacted the only contact provided by your business whoch is this email that i receive responses as to 40% refund/50% refund, with no offer to reship my original order, only to try and make me sympathize of your small (scheme) of a business....i dont care what ypur finances are, but I do care about mine. Each time i allowed you to take money for a transaction that is a promise to me by your company to fulfill the order you are selling , that do i requested. Not to take advantage of my time, intelligence, and my hard earned money durning this worldwide pandemic. Noone should ever trust to order from your compa y i have gave you over a week amd several emails to make an attempt to refund me or issue a new order out which you clearly wont do. So i reported you to Better Business Bureau , along woth usps (idot) in hope you dont steal any more money and time from another person. You should be ashamed and your website shutdown and legal action will be taken against your company for the neglect you choose to show your customers.

The same exact thing happened to me. I tried to contact the company but never recieved a response from anyone. I filed a claim with PayPal and they denied my claim and let the fraudulent company keep my money. I gave this company a hundred dollars for a swimming pool that I never recieved. I also filed a claim with USPS with absolutely no response. Now because of the person stealing my money my kids are sitting here this summer with no swimming pool. I'm so done with paypal .

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

Paypal would not be able to check every individual seller / merchant / company in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments.

So they give you 'some' buyer protection but the onus is on you to risk assess your transactions.

They do stop bad companies from using Paypal when enough claims start rolling in.
However as they are in China (mostly) then its easy for them to just start over with a new name, so stopping them does not really do anything.

The best thing is to not buy from them in the first place, to recognise them -

1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. Rarely company address information.
4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
5. Fake reviews.
6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over.
7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims.

If you want advice on the dispute / claim process or get fake tracking etc then feel free to post back for advice.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
