My paypal account is locked now because the paypal server sees my ip as coming from another city I do not live in , but if i use the website +geoiptool+ to see the correct location of my ip my ip is seen in my city where I live , i have tried to recover my account using my email address with the verification code but is necessary also the telephone account recover method , I can not recover my account using the phone because I put the wrong phone number in my paypal profile now how i can recover my paypal account ?
