I just received an email telling me that I need to send documents that shows my name and proof of address. I log in to paypal and I can’t see transfer funds option. I’m really worried as I have funds there donations for my daughter who has a cancer. If I can remember I uploaded docs on the 1st email I received I wish they have messaged me if docs. not enough. So what do I do now with my funds. My daughter will have her chemo nextweek. Please help.
