Paypal Limitations

I am at a stand still due to limitations and I am considering on refunding my customer money due to my limitations. I had a customer buy from my ebay. (I am trying to sell my things so I can gain money on the side outside of my full time job to get out of a toxic household.) I cannot resolve two of my limitations because they are keeping me from being able to resolve my issues. I cannot buy and print out my shipping label which in turn keeps me from showing paypal I delivered my items to my customer. I have been trying to not rip my hair out all day at work trying to resolve this issue. I am at my wits end.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
