I tried to open a dispute on a fraudulent seller who never gave me my item and stopped responding to me but I think I selected the wrong kind of dispute because I selected it as a "unauthorized transaction." Paypal dismissed my case and now I can't open another dispute. What can I do?

Hello @kkdavis,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear about your recent purchase, I know how that can feel a bit distressing. Not to worry. Although you can't open a new dispute, you can reopen the dispute that was dismissed with our Customer Support. They change the reason for the dispute from Unauthorized to either Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described, whichever is more relevant to your case.
Good luck!
