We purchased a service to be provided in March. Covid issue request airports around to world to be closed. This issue happened to various parents that at the same time requested the refund as the seller was offering other alternatives and made the product differente that originally sold.
Some parents won the claim and some other (like myself) got a decline claim.
How can we make paypal come to sense when some parents are wining the claims and others are getting the same issue declined?
On my statement I clearly referenced other wining claims.
Open for any suggestions...
