PayPay doesn't read messages. Only a bot. Sent many messages no answers! Have proof Fraudulent seller returned my money to PayPal but PayPal then closed my case, marked it I was paid and refuses further contact about the case but I never received money back from PayPal!!! It is impossible to communicate via E-MAil as PayPal suggests. (Necessary since I have no phone working). What a way to treat near 30 years of being a client! Tell me why I should not map out what happened to me and put it on the web... Ref: E-Bay item #202359748763

HOW DO I GET SOMEONE AT PAYPAL TO INVESTIGATE MY CASE AND NOT A BOT?

Yes.the same problem is happened to me.always is replying a bot.the problem is because also the bots of Paypal are crazy.the are not trained to give the right answer to users.Paypal need to fix this

You have to call and speak with a rep:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

If you do get a rep that you aren't comfortable talking with, or can’t assist, hang up and call again.

Have to be persistent.
