How about when i sell my stuff. And my customer scam me. Said it fake and take money back. It’s mean that i lost my stuff. Isn’t it ?

1.If they open a paypal dispute and can prove the item is fake then yes you would lose any dispute.
2.If they opened a paypal dispute and can't prove its fake but say its misdescribed then paypal may find in their favour but normally they have to return the item back to you first before you have to refund.
3. If the buyer didn't open a paypal dispute but did a chargeback directly via their card issuer (if they funded their paypal payment that way) then if the card issuer found in favour of the buyer then you would have to refund and get charged the cards processing fee BUT if you were covered by seller protection paypal may reimburse those charges.
Read up on seller protection so you know these things and can risk assess your transactions.
