So I ordered something online. Through paypal but I haven't heard anything from the company about my order. But the transaction hasn't shown on my account on here. Any suggestions what I should do? Thanks

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the item. If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it, or it's not as described, you can file a dispute in our Resolution Center to start the process of getting your money back. You have 180 days from the transaction date to initiate a dispute. Please check this link to know more information. It seems like you have processed the payment via a guest account. Whenever you process the payment via a PayPal guest account, you will be notified of the payment receipt via email.
