Payment gone

So yesterday one of my client payed me $200 but I only got $100, it’s because an old client filed a chargeback on a old order worth $100 as soon as the new client payed $200 I only got $100 but guess what still the older client has not received is money and he is blaming me that I have not refunded him money. If my balance was negative and payment got cut in half , why did not he received his refund and his claim is still on my profile! And there is no mention or what in my profile where the $100 went.
