So a strange one, I made purchase online and checked out with paypal.
I did not receive a confirmation of order or a dispatch note, so I contacted them to check all was ok.
They told they had not received the money & the order had not been placed,
i provided them with the transaction number, the Paypal confirmation email which showed the payment had been sent to their email address
and also the company name and transaction number from my bank statement.
This is where it got strange ,They claimed that they had never heard of this company on the bank statement, even though the same company name also appears on the payment confirmation email send from Paypal, as does their email address.
they are not at all concerned about resolving this themselves and basically say it not there problem and they don't have my money.
What would you advice I do ? thanks
