Yes, PayPal has denied me and MANY MANY other customers a refund for purchasing a fraudulent item from ZestAds Limited. I am currently closing all my accounts with PayPal and encourage anyone else who has experienced this same denial to do so as well. By not backing us, the customers, PayPal is perpetuating and actively helping FRAUDULENT SELLERS to rip off consumers.
