I logged into my limited PayPal today as I am able to withdraw my hard earned money, then I see PayPal has totally wiped my balance!
I have received 0 emails regarding this, I spent 2 hours on the phone with a paypal agent, they said they'll email me, and I stupidly believed her.
The info about the payment was:
$432.29 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Nov 22, 2019;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation
PayPal, I would like an explanation about why my money was stolen from my account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I have a similar problem. I have contacted PayPal in every way possible, they do not seem to respond.
In total I have spent 11 hours on call to PayPal, they also said they'd send me an email but never did..
I asked for a callback from PayPal automated service, call back came but I was put on hold by agent.
I called back and I was put on hold for multiple hours and no call back happened.
Messaged on Twitter, they said they'd send me an email, no email came now they are not replying after 1 month.
Messaged on Facebook, obviously no reply not a surprise.
Sent over 10 emails to PayPal, no reply.
Tried to talk to PayPal on live chat, no agents available.
What do I do now?
