I got the message below,  not happy as I did supply information they requested and tried to contact them but still I was denied.....I work all week and then find out when I call they are closed on Saturday....i will have to try again Sunday.  Also I thought I read that I had till the 30th to supply information so don't understand why I got this before then.

"We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we did not receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the merchandise."
