Twice now my Visa card information has gone someone who generates false charges on it, this began 4 months ago. The card listed with PayPal is used for the false charges, the only place I list this card information with is PayPal. The first card charges took action and getting a new card but as soon as I listed this card with PayPal, the same charges appeared. All 4 charges were listed for valid firms in the amount of $19.57. After chasing much paper, it seems to lead to PayPal leaking my information, has this happened to others.
