Recently my girlfriend’s debit card has been charged MYR89.96 today 11-12-18 at PAYPAL *HACK201. This happened in malaysia time 4.xx am with our CIMB DEBIT CARD. Please solve this issue.

Locate the transaction in your activity page, click it and click "report a problem" or call your card issuer to dispute it.
