PayPal double deductions

How do I get someone from this company to call me on the phone?
I have contacted the message center, I have written the president of the company, I have had hundreds of messages in the message center, all to no avail. This is the most disgusting, despicable and disgraceful company I have EVER EVER dealt with.

Now they answer my letter with a message and I STILL can't reply to the message. Can anyone help me? They are double charging all my freight costs. They are deducting the money for freight from both my PayPal account and my checking account and I have no way of stopping them. And they tell me they are not doing it? I have the deductions from both. 

The company is literally shameful.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
