How do I get someone from this company to call me on the phone? I have contacted the message center, I have written the president of the company, I have had hundreds of messages in the message center, all to no avail. This is the most disgusting, despicable and disgraceful company I have EVER EVER dealt with. Now they answer my letter with a message and I STILL can't reply to the message. Can anyone help me? They are double charging all my freight costs. They are deducting the money for freight from both my PayPal account and my checking account and I have no way of stopping them. And they tell me they are not doing it? I have the deductions from both. The company is literally shameful. Thanks. Ron
