Recently a buyer filled a item not received dispute 121 days because usps deletes tracking info 121 days in. They live in Canada and when I put the tracing info into Canada post it shows delivered but not the the usps website. I put in the usps tracking into the dispute info and I’m not sure what to do. Will I love this case because the tracking info on usps’s part shows invalid. I already said that the delivery method was usps. Am I **bleep** or will the Canada post thingy help me? Thank you

I think you should call PayPal and speak with a dispute specialist and provide the Canada Post info. It is a supported carrier by PayPal so they can track that or should be able to. Have the specialist make a note in the dispute. It's the same tracking number from US to CA (Canada) so...
