I was using paypal for more then 9 year . i thought paypal is secure but i was wrong . someone did unauthenticated transaction and bought very expensive item using my account with very huge amount . i did not receive any transaction notification during this transaction . next day i came to know . i tried to contact paypal but after long time wait i got connected and dispute my unauthenticated transaction . and after few hours they decline and they closed. they did not explain me why they decline. very disappoint about customer service .i think they dont have proper investigation department .that's reason they conclude decision so quick without checking proper investigation .
