If anyone can possibly tell me what I need to do to get the help I need and not from someone that's working for PayPal in support of this fraudulent transaction that I paid $99.98 for a game system but got a cell phone cover in the mail and the paypal supervisor told me in so many words they aren't going to issue me my refund because I can't locate the China made cell cover they sent me instead of the Xbox I paid for...please someone let me know...because all I can resort to is small claims court and inform the rest of the world not to use this service because if you paid quite the amount for something PayPal will refuse to get your money back which their insured to do?
