Hi everyone, I am an international student in the US, and I was selling my used computer and phone on eBay. I had sold 2 items and eBay started telling me my PayPal account has to be in "good standing" in order to continue selling on eBay. I contact PayPal and they want me to file a W8-ECI form and provide my TIN number which is a number I do not qualify to have. Anyone had this issue before? If so, please tell me how to fix it.
