Hello, I need help. I have refunded a buyer on ebay and my PayPal account is still zero but as soon as the buyer opened the returns process I was - £39.00 and I have had to pay this amount and refunded the buyer by the same amount so am down by £39. Can someone please help me as its not making sense to me. Thanks, Scott.
