Recently had a buyer open a claim on a purchased item & after speaking with a PP Rep I was given a email address to upload pics & actual proof to back up what I told the Rep but it came back as the email was undeliverable Unknown Address Error.. The rep gave me the specific case # pertaining to the claim & this address to send everything to.. I apologize but this would not let me post it all together with no spaces as the rep told me it was....
