The resolution center sucks. It's not helping.

I need an address but not in arabic.

I shouldn't pay for shipping for an item sent that doesn't look like the picture or fits

When I contacted the seller, they had listed on their website a fake email address.  Email was return. This seller ByHand-Store is FRAUD.

And PAY PAL IS NOT HELPING.
