PayPal Dispute help

Hoping for some advice. Purchased some hammocks from a company that looks to be a scam operating from China. Opened an item not received dispute (still open) and seller eventually sent ‘something’ and provided tracking. I am due to collect package today and am almost certain it will not be what I bought! Although I’d love to be proved wrong, I think the box will either be empty or will have something totally worthless in it. I’m assuming that PayPal will close in favour of the seller as soon as they see the parcel has been received. I will film myself opening the parcel to prove that the contents are not what I bought. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? I’m conscious that I can’t reopen the claim, but can I open a new one for not as described’? Or do I just try to speak to PayPal before the dispute gets closed? Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi, and thanks so much for your response. I’ve tried doing that, but there is no option for me to change dispute reason. I’ve checked everywhere in the resolution centre/case and there is no option for it sadly. I’m going to attempt to call PayPal instead.
