I've only used my account to subscribe to Netflix and Spotify. Today I get an email saying that I purchased something from Florida (I live in MN) that costed about $900. I immediately log in to my account and filed a case. A few hours later I get an email saying
"We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized.
Dispute Amount: $939.00 USD"
Really? Nothing unusual about that amount? Netflix and Spotify monthly charges are $10-14 a month but me getting charged almost $1000 is crazy and unusual.
Now I'm negative in my account, with overdraft fees and broke. Wow, thanks Paypal. Your customer service is terrible. I've tried calling, I've tried to reopen my case and nothing.
