Paid for illegal weapons using paypal

There is a small town in the Philippines that the main industry is making balisong or butterfly knife.  The name of the town is Balisong in the province of Batangas. Now many of the sellers there are now using paypal as platform to processes payments.

Now, from my own understanding this Balisong Knives aka Butterfly Knife or Gravity Knives are prohibited on paypals policy. 

If there is someone on paypal here maybe you could check on this transactions I made yesterday. Read the note stated on those transactions. It  shows there " Balisong Knives "

Here is a papalme request by the seller. Check the word "balisong" . Though they are not braking the law,.... but under paypals policy it is not allowed.

Guess what?.... I just made a message on paypal and the reply to me was.... Since the sale was made on the facebook by the dealer. It is facebooks  resposibility, Paypal only process payments.....huh????
