Dear sir/mam,
I have recently opened my paypal account,completing all necessary steps.For opening my account on paypal I have also made a pan card online in the income tax department.This pan card is made on the adhaar based pan card system,so it is digitally signed but not physically as the adhaar based pan card don't have physical signatures on the e-pan generated.
Regarding this matter I have got a mail from paypal to make the pan card signed physically and submit in order to remove the limitations.But to make the pan card physically signed it has to be printed and then signed which I am not able to do now due to the effect of COVID-19 . I have submitted all the other documents and even received two initial payments from paypal perfectly.
So it will very helpful if paypal kindly remove my limitations from my account and do the needful.
