I Have placed an order for $55 and have a PayPal receipt and have heard nothing from this company concerning my order. It is for 3 Bras.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Done all that!. Was told to return bra but the shipping costs as much as the product!.. so I am stuck with a piece if rubbish..how can we stop these awful suppliers ??? Seems they are making a packet from fools like me..no more purchases for me from Facebook ads.. !!! I'll count my losses and burn the bra!!!! Literally!!!

Was this ever resolved? I’m currently having the same issues- I bought over 100 in items and it’s 90 to return to China. All Paypal said is I could file something with Paypal to get up to 30.00 in reimbursement for the shipping.

I ordered items off the website and received them but nothing fits. I checked the website which is shallowsea.onbase.com and the phone number listed is a residential number. They also shipped me items with no invoice receipt.

This company is a scam. Following ordering from another merchant and noticing this merchant showing up on PayPal I emailed the original merchant and received numerous undelivered emails. I immediately contact PayPal by phone and was able to dispute the charge and advise that both companies were fraudulent and receive a refund.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! I just went through similar issues with this company and now seeing all this feedback it makes me so angry that Paypal is worthless in every single one of these issues! Over 100- insane! I hope people google this company before trying to shop from “Luvymode” or ppcareu - whatever name they are using to scam ppl with. Absolute trash! And shame on you Paypal for allowing this to happen to so many of us.

I completely agree. With this many reported comments I can't believe that PayPal hasn't done anything to prevent this. They are just as fraudulent in my opinion. This has made me decide not to use PayPal anymore. There are far too many ways to pay for items and pay people for money that AREN'T going to allow fraud like this.
