for about 20 days now i keep get an issue like  PP-007-574-708-261 and ask me verify my id , i have send a copy of my passport system accept it but the problem still there without let me take farther action sayin my account is verify but still can't use the account  dont know what else i can do as is impossible for me to call as i dont speak english ,anyine can help me with this as the emails i get back from paypal is not useful ?
