I have no idea what was not in line with PayPal standards! I'm really annoyed that this has happened after my first sale on the same day I launched my website. This is apparently a known problem that Paypal doesn't address.

This EXACT same thing happened to me last August. I have been SO LIVID it's impossible to communicate with ANYBODY. If I call the phone number (when it's working) they identify me as a permanently banned person and send me to automation hell.
Maddening. Can anybody help!

If its a PERMANENT ban then that is exactly what they mean so there can be no help as paypal no longer want to allow you to use their services unfortunately.
