I ordered a self cleaning cat litter tray and did not receive the delivery. After following up with the courier who insist they did deliver the item, I have worked out that a child’s black beanie (which I did not order) was the delivery they made. Another scam and no recourse from PayPal or the seller. They simply send something cheap and nothing like what you ordered and paid for. PayPal just believes that an item was delivered and close your case. Fraud!
