I ordered a pet ramp for inside my house and did not receive the delivery. After following up with the courier who insist they did deliver the item, I have worked out that a pet grooming brush (which I did not order) was the delivery they made. This seller is fraudulent and PayPal closed my case taking the sellers word that they delivered my item. They did not deliver what I ordered. As PayPal closed this case I cannot contact the seller, and I cannot escalate the claim or dispute the findings. I’ve been scammed Watch out!
