Good day! I would like to ask for assistance regarding my transaction through my paypal account. I sent P35,500 to Venus Marie De Guzman on paypal for payment of the computer set & we noticed that paypal charged her P1,399. So, we decide to cancel the transaction by refunding it. I checked on my paypal account and it showed that it was already refunded, but when I confirmed it to SBC customer service, they said that my transaction still pushed through and the amount was deducted on my credit limit. I also checked on paypal website regarding the refund transaction... image.png I'm worried that it will be reflected on my SOA but the payment didn't credit to the seller's account. She might not have sent the item because of this transaction because she insisted that it was successfully reversed on my credit card.
