PayPal works our of the Philippines to ROB the United States. They pay their employees nothing. They need shut down immediately They will Rob you. I had an account 12 years spent 1000s through it. Now I go to sell something have 4000 in it and they say they permanently limit it. Call the reasons are all wrong. Why they so.it anyway. Put me on hold for Over 6 hours. NOONE THWRE CAN SO ANYTHING.
Paypal don't limit accounts for no reason, what would be the point? They want folks to have and use their paypal account as that is how they make money.
So if you have been limited you must have sadly broken their rules at some point.
