PAID FOR MY TRANSACTION BUT SINCE THEN CANNOT GET AN ANSWER FROM SELLER

I bought an item from The Sketchmonkey around Jan 16th 2019. Payment went thru my PayPal account shortly after but ever since been trying to get seller to confirm when the item will be shipped but I keep not getting any answers so I think seller is a fraud and I just lost my money. Can PayPal help in getting a response from seller or get my money back?

Locate the payment transaction in your account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute.
