Hi all, Had a seller on eBay refund me for something that never turned up after I’d paid but only had part of the refund. The message I received from the seller was that I got a full refund so confused why I didn’t get the full amount. The case in now ‘closed’ on eBay so I can’t seem to take it further on there. The seller said I should ‘take it up with PayPal’ but I don’t know where to start! Such a convoluted process trying to get any further help! Any help from you guys would be much appreciated!
