I recently closed my Papal account, as it was being hacked. So I opened a new one. However, I had a couple of transactions on my old account, which now have issues.
The first is an item ordered and not received (ordered in December).
The second is a payment I've made to a family member, using the mobile phone, but they haven't received the payment.
Now, as these are on my old closed account, I can't raise the issues. Does anyone know what I can do?
