Not so long ago I was cheated on 400$ dollars.
About a month ago I bought an Iphone but the seller appeared to be a fraud and sent me a cover for a phone instead of the Iphone.
I do not live in USA and use some forwarder company to consolidate and send the parcels to me. The fraud must be experienced he saw the company address and foresaw every step.
I was not able to get refund because I could not go to the USA police to make a report.
All other arguments (photos, the place where the parcel was from and etc.) were not enough for EbayCustome Support. Ebay did not offer another way to solve my problem they only wished me to have a good transaction in future.
