I need your help, guys. My account was permanently limited 190 days before but I am not able to access my funds yet. I called PayPal but they keep saying that they created a ticket for their backend team. It's been over 10 days but I am not to withdraw funds.
As long as you are over 18 and the account was opened in your legal name then keep on to customer services to find a way for you to withdraw those funds.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
I am definitely over 18 and was opened in my legal name but it's quite unprofessional/unethical for PayPal not to release my funds after 180 days as promised. I did nothing wrong. My account was over 3 years old.
Do you have any suggestions how to get my funds released? They keep giving me new deadlines over call.
