Non receipt claim

I have been trying to respond to a case but I have been unsuccessful due to an error from PayPal. The error reads as follows:

"

Let's try that again

Looks like something went wrong on our end."

 

How does one go about from here as my case will be closed if I don't respond?

Give customer services a call and they can add anything or escalate to a claim for you.
