No refund

Why is it that when you don’t receive your goods emails aren’t being answered because it’s probably a scam that PayPal add days on your case in the resolution centre. Every time they give a date I check back & hey another 3 days have been given to the seller then another then a week. My dad waited over 3 months for a refund. Totally unacceptable. PayPal is supposed to be on our side but it seems lately they’re not doing their job. Is the only other way to get a refund through your card linked to PayPal?

By all means go through your card, they can take up to 6 months !!!

Glad your dad got a refund, must be well pleased that paypal bailed him out with a bad seller.

Sadly as paypal are inundated with claims from buyers that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads + limited staff due to covid then most folks understand all claims and everything else is being delayed.
