No product no moeny

Good morning, on Friday, May 11, 2018 I purchased this product from someone, paid for the product.   I received a text message for PayPal stated person marked as suspicious,  Once responded to the text, it was marked as too lake.  I then filed a claim.   Person finally responds to me stating she is legit and will send me the product.   later Saturday afternoon with lots conversation between the seller and myself, I am being promised that I will receive my item.   Late Saturday I was informed that I needed to close the case in PayPal in order for me to get my product, stating the funds are  on hold until case is resolved or closed.  I closed the case and now the conversation as ended between myself and the seller.  Now I have no money and no products.

 

What can I do?
