I got scammed I am assuming from a company in China. I disputed the claim but all PayPal did was send an email saying to escalate it to get my money back. THERE IS NO link to do this!!! So of course they closed the claim. Money lost. Next, I ordered shoes, never got them. Disputed... AGAIN... no message from seller and I need to escalate claim. No link or way to do this. I messaged PayPal about all three of these issues. Nothing. I thought using PayPal was to be a safer way to place orders online. What a joke. Customers service is the worst!! Who else has this issue. I’m opening a class action suit, if you too have had issues, please contact me. Stop being PayPals victim!!
