I was sent an unusable product even after cancelling the order. The seller has not responded even through multiple attempts. Paypal closed my case in favor of the seller. No explanation or reasons given. I have provided pictures and emails. It's not right to simply say closed without giving me the respect of a reason. Is this a policy? What are my options? The seller is non responsive.
