Next day delivery payment not refunded

I made an order with a company and paid for next day delivery it did not arrive next day in fact it arrived 3 days later

I opened a dispute with paypal for my delivery refund from the seller

but now the seller is asking me to close the dispute as they cannot process my refund until I do.

? what should I do.

If not just wait for Paypal to get invoved and they will fix it

Hi, I did 

Paypal sorted it for me as Paypal always does' its resolved and refunded my delivery money, The thing is I will never purchase from that company again and I would not recommend them to anyone' So its there loss

But a huge thanks to Paypal.
